Fost 4 release 4.10.12.41691 now out

The new version of Fost was tagged yesterday. Although we've been doing a lot of work and making many changes, those didn't get all the way through our testing processing before the cut-off for the release yesterday — we expect them to land in stable before the New Year though.

This means that this release is identical to the last one, but do expect a big release next time!
