The picture was taken at Tai's mum's house in Ubon Ratchathani (อุบลราชธานี). The picture was taken in November, 2004.
I don't have a name in either English or Thai for the flower, but apparently it should be some sort of chrysanthemum, or maybe a marigold (but probably not of the washing up glove variety).
