Server moved

I moved this site to the same server that runs the Boost Cookbook today.

Apart from a small glitch where SQL Express ate all the RAM everything seems to be running without problem and a lot faster than the old server (which was only on an ADSL line).

This is really just a test post so I can make sure the feeds are coming out as they should.
