Site test started

This is the time that the site was put up for initial internal testing. This shows just how long it's taken me to sort this out.

Some of it has been for technical reasons as I've been too busy doing real work to spend much time on the bits needed for this site, but also a lot of the delay has been because I haven't put much time into getting the articles that I want to put on here ready.
