Remember that Windows XP only has IIS 5.1 which doesn't handle the UNICODE_ prefix at all. Personally I've not tried IIS 7.0 (ships with Vista) yet, but I ought to test compatibility of the filters that do all the clever stuff in FOST.3™ (i.e. the ones that run this site).
