New server

I've now moved this site to a new server in London. This means that it will run much faster for most people.

As part of the update I've also added Google Maps to the postcode pages (see Free the Postcode). For an example take a look at EC1V 1NQ.

And as one final item I've finally gotten around to automating the generation of the syndication feeds which means that forum posts will turn up much faster.
